Over 20 foreign businesses leaving Myanmar

Since the coup, over 20 foreign businesses either suspended their operations in Myanmar or pulled out their investments from Myanmar. There are eight businesses suspended and planned to leave Myanmar, three closed down their operations, five suspended their operations and two companies sold their businesses. While many businesses are leaving Myanmar, new company registration also declined.
