Fully Light Group’s Economic Empire

The following analysis focuses on the economic empire of U Maung Maung (Liu Zhengxiang), one of the eleven businessmen arrested by the Chinese government in Kokang. Fully Light Group, headquartered in Kokang, has maintained a strong relationship with every Myanmar government since 1992 and has significantly expanded its business operations throughout the country. Furthermore, their expansion has reached into Yunnan’s Lincang in China and Sihanoukville in Cambodia.
